ETAP Power System Engineering Software Training

Details :

This training provides the skills, knowledge, and techniques necessary to become proficient in ETAP to conduct power system studies, from modeling to analysis. The purpose of this workshop is to develop a thorough understanding of ETAP’s capabilities and analytical techniques to solve a variety of practical problems.

An overview of the ETAP user interface will be covered, including System Modeling (sources, branches, loads, protective devices, etc.), One-Line Diagram, Libraries (data and interface), Database (presentation, configuration, and engineering data), Cable Systems (ampacity and sizing), Transmission Lines (line constants, ampacity, and etc), Report Manager, Wizard, etc

·        To use the different features of ETAP software for basic power system analysis, modeling and supervision

·        To carry out common electrical studies on all power system models covered

·        To understand the basic requirements of carrying out various electrical studies and models

·        To acquire analytical skills and industry practice for electrical systems design, modification, and upgrade

This workshop is tailored for electrical engineers, distribution system operators, substation operators, transmission line operators and researchers.
